Where is my order?

  • In the e-mail with the order confirmation you will find a Track and Trace number. With the Track andTrace link in the e-mail you can follow the status of your order.
  • We ship Europe wide offsetting CO2. Orders are delivered within 4-9 working days on average.
  • Should your parcel unexpectedly not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in good time. We can only initiate an enquiry with the postal service within 2 weeks of the original delivery date.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times; they are indicative and for information purposes only.

How will my order be shipped?

  • With great care and attention, and most importantly: in a CO2-neutral way.
  • Our orders are sent in a recycled bag.
  • We ship with DHL or local couriers.

What can you expect?

  • Your package is intact, dry and sealed.
  • Your package should be complete and correct according to your order.

The parcel has not arrived in good condition, what should I do?

  • Make a video of the package as you open it. Make sure you show the state of all the contents.
  • Send the video to support@mensbestbasics.com with an overview of the problem.
  • Make sure you follow the above steps within 1-3 days of receiving the package.
  • Our customer service team will be happy to help you with your query.
