RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All our products have a 30-day return and exchange period, except for items marked Final Sale. All items must be unworn (except for fitting), unwashed, unaltered and returned in their original packaging.
For damaged/defective items, please contact us directly.

GENERAL RETURN QUESTIONS
Can I return an item bought on sale?
All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, except for items marked as Final Sale (these Final Sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange).
What should I do if I have received a damaged or defective item?
Contact our support team at support@mensbestbasics.com and we will help you right away.
If I exchange an item, when will I receive my exchange?
Once your return is received, our automated system will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an automatic e-mail when your exchange has been processed.
When will I get my money back if I return an item for a refund? How much will I be refunded?
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. It may take 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We will refund all returned items minus the original shipping costs.
International returns: It can take up to 25 working days for the money to be refunded to your original payment method once the items are received at the warehouse.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?
Cancelled orders
If you see a charge on your credit card for a cancelled order, it is probably just a pre-authorisation and not a payment. If you paid via PayPal, the cancelled order should have automatically generated a refund to your account.
Credit card refunds
Allow up to 7 working days for the money to be refunded to your payment method.
iDeal, P24, Blik, Bancontact and PayPal refunds
These usually take place immediately, so if you have received confirmation that a refund has taken place but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly so we can investigate further.
